JOGA FOR GOALIES
WHAT IS JOGA?
JOGA is an athletic based variation of your traditional yoga that incorporates:
– A unique blend of postures to find balance, strength and flexibility
– A variety of breathing techniques to improve control and recovery
– A relaxation tool to maintain a calm mind in sport and in life
– Ensuring the athletes understand the WHYs behind the movements
BENEFITS FOR GOALIES
– Decreased risk of injury including groin, hips, low back, chronic injuries and more
– Increased strength in all ranges of motion
– Increased body awareness through education about the mechanics of the body
– Breathing and relaxation components give the goalies the tools to sustain mental, physical and emotional well-being

– Integration of core/breath with movement
All Classes are on Zoom
Mondays – 5:30pm
Wednesdays – 6:00pm
Saturdays – 9:00am
