Each family gets an email. They sign in, confirm their goalie and sign the forms in a couple of minutes.

Common questions
- Who can see a goalie's information?
- The goalie, their parent and your association's staff for that goalie's team. Evaluations are only shared with your association when Coach Steve marks them as shared. We never sell or share data with third parties.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- Yes. Choose invoice at checkout and we will email one to your treasurer. Invites go out as soon as it is paid.
- Can families sign our own forms?
- Yes. Upload your waiver, code of conduct or photo consent. Parents sign them during activation and you can see who still needs to sign.
- What if a family already has a PWG account?
- They sign in with it and pick their existing goalie. Their history and video stay in place.
- What if a goalie joins mid-season?
- Add them from the roster and buy one more seat. The invite goes out right away.
