Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every PWG booking, membership and purchase. BOOKINGS. A spot is held for 10 minutes while you pay and is confirmed only once payment succeeds. Each goalie needs a signed Liability Waiver and a current Concussion Acknowledgement before booking, and a Clinic Filming Consent for filmed 1% Club clinics. PRICES. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars at the time of booking and include any member discount you are entitled to. PWG may change prices for future bookings. CANCELLATIONS BY YOU. Cancel more than 24 hours before a clinic starts and you receive a credit for that clinic, valid for 90 days. Cancel within 24 hours, or do not attend, and there is no credit or refund. A family can hold up to 3 unused credits at a time. Credits have no cash value. CANCELLATIONS BY PWG. If PWG cancels a clinic (for example, ice unavailability or unsafe conditions), you receive a full credit or, if you prefer, a refund to your original payment method. 1% CLUB MEMBERSHIP. The membership is billed yearly per goalie and renews automatically each year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account; it then stays active until the end of the paid year. Membership fees are not refunded for a partial year, except where required by law. Member benefits are described on the membership page and may change for future membership years. HIGHLIGHT REELS. Reels are made from the goalie's clinic footage and delivered as a digital file. Because they are custom work, they are not refundable once editing has started. CONDUCT AND SAFETY. PWG may refuse or end participation for unsafe or disrespectful behaviour by a goalie, parent or guest, without refund. ACCOUNTS. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and your information accurate. A goalie's own login is view-only and cannot book, pay or sign. CHANGES. PWG may update these terms. The version in force when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.
