Privacy Policy

PWG follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

WHAT WE COLLECT. Parent or guardian name, email, phone; goalie name, date of birth, level and team; signed consents; bookings and payments history; coach notes, goals and game logs; clinic video for goalies with filming consent; and basic technical information such as IP address and browser, recorded when you sign a document.

WHY. To run clinics safely, take bookings and payments, keep legally required records such as waivers and concussion acknowledgements, coach and track each goalie's development, and contact you about your bookings. Marketing email is only sent if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

WHO SEES IT. Each person only sees what their role needs: families see their own goalies; coaches see goalies in their own clinics; shooters see no goalie information; a goalie's own login sees only their own record. PWG's service providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments: Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments; PWG never sees or stores your full card number), Resend (email) and Vercel (website hosting). We do not sell personal information.

HOW LONG. Account and booking records are kept while your account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards for tax and legal reasons. Signed waivers and consents are kept permanently as legal records. Clinic video is kept as described in the Clinic Filming Consent.

YOUR RIGHTS. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw a consent, by contacting accounts@puckwarriorsgoaltending.com. Some records, such as signed waivers and payment records, must be kept even after an account is closed.
